Abstract

Purpose: This study was tried to develop output-based therapeutic communication technique learning program for one credit curriculum during a semester in nursing.
Methods: The subjects were 29 of U. university in K. city. And Study instrument is output-based therapeutic communication technique learning program for 13 weeks.
Results: learning outputs, contents, methods, outputs measure criteria were set. learning outputs have come true on team.
Conclusions: This therapeutic communication technique learning program was efficient in increasing technique communication competence of nursing students. Therefore, this program will be used as a Output-based therapeutic communication learning program for one credit curriculum for a semester in nursing.
